DTC P2634 FUEL PUMP “B” CONTROL CIRCUIT HIGH

DTC DETECTING CONDITION:

Detected when two consecutive driving cycles with fault occur.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:

Engine stalls.

CAUTION:

After servicing or replacing faulty parts, perform Clear Memory Mode and Inspection Mode .

1.CHECK POWER SUPPLY OF SUB FUEL PUMP RELAY.

1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF.

2) Remove the sub fuel pump relay.

3) Disconnect the connector from ECM.

4) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

5) Measure the voltage between sub fuel pump relay connector and chassis ground.

Except for LHD model with push button start

(B220) No. 15 (+) — Chassis ground (−):

Is the voltage 10 V or more?

Repair the short circuit to power in harness between ECM connector and sub fuel pump relay connector.

Replace the sub fuel pump relay.
