DTC P1466 DPF SUBSTRATE DAMAGED

DTC DETECTING CONDITION:

Detected when two consecutive driving cycles with fault occur.

CAUTION:

After servicing or replacing faulty parts, perform Clear Memory Mode and Inspection Mode .

STEPCHECKYESNO

1.CHECK CONDITION OF DPF PRESSURE DIFFERENCE SENSOR.

Are hoses of DPF pressure difference sensor connected securely?

Connect the hoses of DPF pressure difference sensor securely.

2.CHECK EXHAUST SYSTEM.

Does exhaust gas leak from exhaust manifold, turbocharger or catalytic converter & DPF?

Repair the exhaust gas leakage from exhaust system.

3.CHECK DPF PRESSURE DIFFERENCE SENSOR PIPE AND HOSE.

1) Remove the DPF pressure difference sensor pipe and hose from catalytic converter & DPF.

2) Check DPF pressure difference sensor pipe and hose.

Is there deformation, clogging or hole in DPF pressure difference sensor pipe or hose?

Replace DPF pressure difference sensor pipe or hose.

4.CHECK POOR CONTACT.

Check for poor contact in ECM connector and DPF pressure difference sensor connector.

Is there poor contact in ECM connector or DPF pressure difference sensor connector?

Repair the poor contact of ECM connector or DPF pressure difference sensor connector.

Replace the catalytic converter & DPF and reset cumulative ash ratio and SOOT accumulation ratio.
