1. Remove the collector cover.
2. Disconnect the air by-pass pipe (A) and vacuum hose (B) from the air by-pass valve.
3. Loosen the clamp (C) which connects the air intercooler and intake duct.
4. Remove the brake booster vacuum hose from the clip (A) (RHD model), and remove the bolts which secure the intercooler to the turbocharger.

5. Remove the bolts which secure the intercooler to the intercooler stay, and remove the intercooler.
6. Remove the brake booster vacuum hose from the brake booster vacuum hose clip (A), and remove the intercooler stay. (LHD model)
7. Remove the clip (A) which secures the engine harness, and remove the intercooler stay. (RHD model)
