1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the glove box lower cover. 
3. Remove the electronic throttle control relay from the relay block on the back side of the glove box.

1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the glove box lower cover.
3. Remove the electronic throttle control relay from the relay block on the back side of the glove box.
