1. Temporarily tighten the stud bolts on the cylinder head (LH) side.
NOTE:
Use a new gasket.
2. Temporarily tighten the exhaust manifolds (LH and RH).
NOTE:
Use a new gasket.
3. Connect the exhaust manifold (LH) and cylinder head (LH).
Tightening torque:
30 N·m (3.1 kgf-m, 22.1 ft-lb)
4. Connect the exhaust manifolds (LH and RH).
Tightening torque:
42.5 N·m (4.3 kgf-m, 31.3 ft-lb)
5. Install the exhaust pipe (front). 
6. Install the under cover.
7. Lower the vehicle.
1. Temporarily assemble exhaust cover B and the exhaust manifold (RH).
2. Install the exhaust manifold (RH) and exhaust cover B.
NOTE:
Use a new gasket.
Tightening torque:
30 N·m (3.1 kgf-m, 22.1 ft-lb)
3. Install the EGR cooler to the cylinder head.
Tightening torque:
19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
4. Install exhaust covers A and B.
Tightening torque:
9.5 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 ft-lb)

5. Join the exhaust manifold (RH) and EGR cooler pipe (lower).
NOTE:
Use a new gasket.
Tightening torque:
19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
6. Install the turbocharger.
7. Install the exhaust manifold (LH).
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Connect the EGR cooler pipe (upper) and EGR control valve.
NOTE:
Use a new gasket.
Tightening torque:
19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)
10. Install the intercooler.
