EXHAUST(H4DOTC DIESEL) > Exhaust Manifold
CAUTION:
Components are extremely hot after driving. Be wary of receiving burns from heated parts.
1. Lift up the vehicle.
2. Remove the under cover.
4. Remove the exhaust manifold (LH).

Be careful not to drop the exhaust manifold (LH).
CAUTION:
Components are extremely hot after driving. Be wary of receiving burns from heated parts.
2. Separate the EGR cooler pipe (upper) and EGR valve.
5. Separate the exhaust manifold (RH) and EGR cooler pipe (lower).
6. Remove exhaust covers A and B.
NOTE:
Exhaust cover A can be removed but leave exhaust cover B on the exhaust manifold (RH).

7. Remove the bolt holding the EGR cooler to the cylinder head (RH).
8. Remove the exhaust manifold (RH) and exhaust cover B.
NOTE:
Insert tools in the space between the flange under the EGR cooler pipe and the exhaust manifold (RH).
