1. Install the oil catch tank.
NOTE:
Use a new gasket.
(1) Temporarily tighten the T2 bolt shown in the figure with a torque of 2.0 N·m (0.2 kgf-m, 1.5 ft-lb).
(2) Tighten the T1 bolts shown in the figure with a torque of 10.5 N·m (1.1 kgf-m, 7.7 ft-lb).
(3) Tighten the T2 bolt shown in the figure with a torque of 19 N·m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb).
2. Connect the oil balance hose and turbo pipe to the turbocharger.
NOTE:
Use a new gasket for the turbo pipe.
Tightening torque:
16 N·m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.8 ft-lb)

3. Degrease the connections of air intake duct.
4. Install the air intake duct.
Tightening torque:
3 N·m (0.3 kgf-m, 2.2 ft-lb)

Assemble by aligning the concave section of the duct end to the protruded section of the other duct. | ||

5. Install the turbo protector.
NOTE:
Use a new bolt for bolt (A) shown in the figure below.
Tightening torque:
25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)
6. Install the under cover.
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Check the engine oil level and add as necessary.
