1. Place the drive select lever in the HI position.
2. Insert a narrow screwdriver into both sides of the knob and push it to remove the cover.

3. Remove the bolts, then remove the knob.
4. Remove the console box. 
5. Remove the drive select lever from vehicle body.
6. Remove the flange nut and clip, and remove the transmission drive select cable.
