1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF.

2) Connect the Subaru Select Monitor to the data link connector.

3) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

4) Run the Subaru Select Monitor.

5) Depress the brake pedal.

6) Read the data of “Stop Light Switch” using Subaru Select Monitor.
